These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Dese Tour website and the booking of any tour or service offered by Dese Tour, Istanbul, Türkiye. By submitting a booking request you agree to these terms.
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from our team by email or WhatsApp. No payment is required at the inquiry stage.
Upon confirmation, full payment details will be provided. Your booking is secured upon receipt of payment.
All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are per group unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to confirmation. Once a booking is confirmed in writing, the quoted price is fixed.
Prices do not include: entrance fees, meals, personal purchases, gratuities, or optional add-ons unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to terminate a tour without refund if a participant's behaviour endangers the safety or enjoyment of others, or causes damage to property or cultural heritage sites.
Dress codes apply at religious sites (shoulders and knees covered). Scarves are provided for mosque visits.
Dese Tour acts as a tour operator. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to: weather, political events, transport disruptions, or personal injury arising from participant negligence.
We carry appropriate professional liability insurance. Our maximum liability is limited to the price paid for the tour.
All content on the Dese Tour website — including text, photographs, tour descriptions and design — is the intellectual property of Dese Tour. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
