We understand that travel plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our guides, who are booked exclusively for your tour.
The following policy applies to all Dese Tour experiences unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation:
If Dese Tour cancels your tour due to weather conditions that make the experience unsafe or significantly diminished (particularly relevant for Bosphorus cruises), you will receive a full refund regardless of notice period.
We will contact you as early as possible in the event of a weather cancellation and offer to reschedule where possible.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your tour for reasons beyond weather (e.g. guide illness, force majeure), you will receive a full refund and we will do our best to arrange an alternative experience.
To cancel or modify your booking, contact us as soon as possible:
Please include your booking confirmation reference, full name, and tour date. Cancellations must be received and acknowledged by our team to be valid — leaving a voicemail or sending a message outside business hours does not automatically constitute a cancellation until confirmed by us.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. We will confirm your refund by email.
We understand flexibility is important. Changes to your tour date or group size are accommodated subject to availability — contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to help.
